After a chance encounter with a Tibetan healer, she experienced a spiritual awakening, & embarked on a quest across India, Asia, Africa, Europe & the Americas to study ancient wisdoms & practices. Under the mentorship of respected masters, from certifications by the Himalayan Yoga Association for Sound Healing, to Ancient Egyptian School initiate, Ella blends the wisdom of ancient teachings with modern modalities.
